Excellent sauce, but...
I've used Branded Sauces in the past and the experience was an absolute homerun. This time, however, things weren't quite as stellar (though that's a high bar). Our labels did not come out completely crisp - they weren't awful, but they weren't great, either - and I don't love the plastic bottles. They felt plenty durable, but I'm concerned that as the sauce sits in them, the acidity will impact the plastic - and thus the flavor of the sauce. We'll almost certainly get the sauce again - as I said, the flavor is fantastic, and overall, it's a great option - but I definitely miss the perfection of prior orders! Worth noting that the order shipped out very quickly and arrived on time. Side note - owner Danny reached out to me directly to review and assist. The customer service is excellent as always!

Thank you for your honesty Scott. I'm glad the project was a huge success and that you'll be ordering again! Please don't concern yourself too much with the plastic bottles. We actually have a full page talking them on our About Us tab. 25 year accelerated laboratory tests and 8 year real world tests led us into the virgin PET plastic bottles that we designed and use these days. No leaching, no flavor difference, just sauce in it's original form. As far as the labels go, we digitally print onto MATTE labels. If you need a glossy label in the future, we have that option at an additional cost. Excited for your next project! -
This is a great tasting smokey hot sauce!
We purchased this sauce to send to our customers and sell in our store. It's a great hot sauce and just the right amount of heat. Their customer service is also very good.
