Way back in the day, which was a Saturday, we decided to make sauces the right way. Perfect heat, perfect flavor profile, perfect to use on multiple things, not a uni-tasker sauce. It has been an incredible journey for over 20 years now - since 2002! When using fresh produce, you might experience a slight color or heat difference. This is normal, and we try to do things as naturally as possible. No artificial colors are used in our products. We reserve the right to make changes to any and all products to adhere to FDA regulations, personal tastes, and ease of production, including ingredients and packaging. We strive for excellence and freshness, and to partner with you to Expand Your Brand. Branded Sauces is an AT-WILL company. No contracts signed, meaning that we will try to impress you with every order, so you will want to come back and place more orders. Typical turn-around times are about 7-10 business days. Once received, please let us know if you have any issues immediately. Do not freeze. BEST BY dates are valid with proper storage at standard room temperature. Our products do not need refrigeration before or after opening. Keep a bottle in your purse, backpack, toss them in a cooler for camping, or open them up and let them sit on your dining room table till their eaten. Q: How long does the process take after I place my order?
A: We pride ourselves on being fast and accurate. Most of our new customers receive their product a week or so after ordering. Re-orders ship within a couple of days since we already have your label on file.
Q: Can you sell bottles without labels?
A: No. We have to ship bottles with labels applied providing all of the nutritional facts and ingredient information per FDA regulations.
Q: Can I design a fully custom label?
A: Yes, you absolutely can. Just download the custom label template we can send you a label template.
Q: What information has to be on the label?
A: Per FDA we must have the nutrition facts, ingredients, and our manufacturer stamp on the label so products can be traced back to plant of manufacture if need be.
Q: Can I buy your products in other sized bottles?
A: It is possible for a special order to be placed, just give us a call or shoot us an email.
Q: Can you make my sauce for me?
A: No, we are not a co-packer; we only make our own sauces which are FDA approved and quality controlled. We have gone through all of the trouble of batch scaling, nutritional analysis, ingredient sourcing, cost controlling, facility approval, etc. etc. etc. so that you don't have to, and can focus on selling.
Q: What is the minimum order per product to get wholesale pricing?
A: 48 bottles of each label/product gets you wholesale pricing. Any less than that, and you're paying close to retail. if you want wholesale pricing on Danny Cash or other in-house brands, go to the specific product on the Branded Sauces tab, and select the brand you'd like on the Label Options dropdown.
Q: I want to design my own label. Where can I get label templates and what formats are available?
A: Templates are available in Adobe Illustrator and PDF formats. Email design@brandedsauces.com for a template.
Q: If I submit a completed label file, but there still needs to be minor adjustments, will I be charged for those adjustments made by the designer?
A: If the adjustments are minor, such as moving an object in the label one way or another, or dropping in nutritional information, no. If there are major changes, then there are change fees starting at $75.00/hour.
