Ragin' Tater Tot Casserole

By Kathy Shoulders

Brown a pound of ground beef and add some chopped red onion and cook until browned well. Drain grease. Coat meat/onion mixture with about 1/4 cup or so of dry pancake batter (Bisquick, Jiffy, etc.) over low heat until meat is coated. Add about 1/2 cup milk and stir in one can of your favorite cream-of-whatever soup (mushroom, onion, broccoli, or southwestern fiesta cheese soup works well also), a teaspoon of Spepper, 2-3 tablespoons of Danny Cash Ragin' Red hot sauce (or your favorite flavor, to taste), and a small bag of frozen mixed vegetables. Stir over medium-low heat until mixed well and starting to thicken slightly. Adjust ingredients now, add more milk if too thick or pancake batter if too thin. It should be about the consistency of sloppy joes.

Put a single layer of tater tots on the bottom of a deep, greased 13" x 9" baking dish. Pour meat mixture over tater tots, place a layer of your favorite grated cheese over the meat mixture, add another layer of tater tots, then put in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cooked through. You can also take it out for the last 10 minutes and add a layer of cheese on top, then put back in until cheese is melted.

Serve topped with more Danny Cash hot sauce, of course!

Danny Cash's Flaming Habanero Egg Salad by Danny Cash
1 crushed garlic clove
2 ½ oz of sharp cheddar
4 Tbs Danny Cash’s Flaming Habanero Mustard
4 Tbs ranch dressing
6 Tbs coarsly chopped pickles
7 Tbs coarsly chopped beef stick
7 hardboiled eggs
Mix everything but the eggs together. Then fold in cubes, slices, or wedges of the hard boiled eggs. Don’t mix too fast – it will destroy the yolks. Spepper to taste (www.originalspepper.com). Personally, I like big chunks in egg salad for better texture, but you can throw everything into a food proccessor to turn this recipe into a 30 second dip for heavy duty potato chips! Try it on Texas Toast or eat it with a spoon. Try substituting the eggs with baked potato chunks for one mean potato salad!

Danny Cash's FIREATER Dip by Lee Cichon
Melt 1 lb of Velveeta cheese in a crock pot. Add any of Danny Cash's hot sauces liberally. Add 1/2 lb of cooked ground beef, sliced olives and diced tomatoes. Eat with tortilla chips, pretzels or flour tortilla wedges. Awesome!

2 stalks celery
1 clove garlic
1 32 ounce can tomatoes, drained
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
4 ounces beef broth or bouillon
4 ounces flat beer
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Danny Cash hot sauce to taste
Pinch sugar
Combine all ingredients and cook for 3 hours.

Seeds of Hell by Eric Matelski
2 cups pumpkin seeds(cleaned & de-gunked)
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 teaspoon Danny Cash's Bottled Up Anger
1/2 teaspoon Danny Cash's Ragin' Red
Sea Salt & Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy to taste

In a skillet melt down margarine with Gourmet Hot & Ragin' Red
On a separate Sheet pan spread out seeds. Drizzle margarine over seeds. Then sprinkle sea salt and Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy to taste. Bake in oven at 300F for 30-45 min. Stir every 10-15 min. When half done add more sea salt & Mrs. Dash. When done let cool. Then keep in an air tight container

TIPS:

Add the hot sauce to buffalo wing sauce for flaming hot habanero wings.

Make an omelette and melt pepper jack cheese on the top, then drown in Bottled Up Anger hot sauce. Oh yeah.

Use the sauce on a toasted bagel with cream cheese-this is sooo good.

Sprinkle the sauce on top of any salad to make it worth eating at all.

Pizza-unless you live in New York or Chicago, this is not a crime.

Try our Renegade Ranch on anything edible.
